Jalousie Bay is located on the beautiful Caribbean island of St. Lucia. Jeff and his family visited St. Lucia once for Spring Break. Set between the majestic Pitons, Jalousie Bay’s breathtaking views, pristine white sand and crystal-clear waters were the inspiration for this painting.
