Belgians are connoisseurs of fine chocolate. Visit and you will be tempted by chocolate-filled display windows in every town. Belgians take chocolate seriously, and rightly so: It’s an essential – and delicious – part of the economy.

Jeff had the pleasure of visiting Bruges while on a Mediterranean cruise. Not only is Bruges one of Europe’s most delightful medieval towns, it is a chocoholic’s Mecca.
